My name is Oskars Vidovskis. Before founding Victory Vector, I served as an Executive Officer and Unit Commander in the Armed Forces. This experience taught me the importance of precision, structure, and selecting the right people for critical roles—skills I’ve carried into my work as a recruiter for security services.
With a master’s degree in occupational psychology and years of experience in recruitment, I’ve dedicated myself to solving one of the biggest challenges in the security industry: building reliable, skilled teams through smarter, more efficient hiring processes.
